So disappointed. If it works I would love to replace my dual Mickey Mouse KVM solution that I currently have. I read some of the negative reviews before purchasing because there were so many more positive reviews and I wanted to be one of those happy customers. Problem #1: USB ports not working (EOA). None of the USB ports worked. Tried USB mouse, USB keyboard, Logitech Unifying dongle, USB hub and USB flash drives. Problem #2: Unstable display. It couldn't display anything from my PC on port 1, but an HDMI from my laptop on port 2 worked. It required restarting my PC to get port 1 to display anything. But if it doesn't show anything when I bypass KVM and connect HDMI directly to my monitor, it works. And while it was running, one of the monitors would occasionally flicker because of this. I wish I could use this to clean up some of my desk clutter, but maybe not this time. They must have better quality control before mass production.
