I bought it for my husband for Christmas, Christmas, we open the box in which the package came, we immediately notice that the box with the headphones is not sealed. Hanni thought nothing of it and took it out of the box to connect it to his phone. Normally when we pack something, it's charged a little bit, right? these are completely dead, we billed them and then we started to think it was ONE item that was returned (because the packaging wasn't sealed) or a defective item that was returned and the seller didn't point it either respected? sooooo.Headset never charged, the description said it should have a similar pocket to put the headphones in but it didn't, best of all for last. ready. ready? We get headphones to put in the box and we notice earwax in the head buds. I then knew they should be returned and the seller paid no attention to whether this item was defective or returnable. sent it back and got my money back!
