Review on Talent Genie by Epickson Palma

This has been one our best tools for recruiting both internal staff as well external applicants, it allows us quick access into all applications across multiple locations allowing easy candidate management with ease! The interface could be improved by adding more filters but this would make finding jobs faster than using google search or job boards which are not always up-to date so they can miss out some great opportunities at times when you need them most!! We have found an easier way around having people manually entering data from resumes/CVS etc., instead we just upload files straight onto talent genie where then its processed within minutes saving time & money spent hiring new employees.
