Solid steel, not for leather as advertised.

I've been looking for a 3/8" leather stamp and it seems standard and clean as advertised. Unfortunately, when I used them, the entire front of the stamp was printed, including the frame of the stamp. They appear solid and well constructed and coated in steel oil. I will save them for future use if needed. I would send it back, but it costs 10€.
