Got a new fan, 2 dynamometers and thermal paste. The only other tool needed was a small Phillips screwdriver. A very small flat head screwdriver and small needle nose pliers were useful but not necessary. In fact, I had to completely disassemble the PS4, only the CD player was not removed. I just washed all the plastic parts and the radiator, poured hot water over it to remove dust, blew electrical parts lightly with air. The anti-vibration pads on the bottom of the old fan must be transferred to the new fan. There's quite a sticky residue left, but a little crazy glue wouldn't hurt. When turned on, the controller had to be very close to the PS4 to work and then the device would turn off and the red light on the device would come on. I opened the box and found that I forgot to tighten the Phillips head screws that attach the heatsink to the CPU. It is very important to ensure that the double tab steel bracket is pointing in the correct direction. I also reinstalled the antenna wire, a black wire under the power supply, and adjusted the steel antenna mount. Turned it on for the second time, works great! No problems with the controls and runs as quietly as possible! Good product. Tip: Take photos while removing every detail and after.
