Review on Serta 48096A Fit Chair Ivory Furniture by Zach Flame

Looks good but the box was damaged and no assembly kit was included so I can't assemble it. I've been sitting around for the last 20 minutes waiting for their customer service so I'm hoping I don't have to find a way to pack this back for a return. The package is too damaged to be resent. I would have preferred to buy it in person, but stores are sold out at the moment so I was forced to go the Revain route. UPDATE: I was also on the line with Serta customer service for an hour and twenty minutes and they hung up before a conversation could take place. Revane promised to negotiate with UPS for pickup. You are not. UPS claims Revain never paid for shipping. So, another day, another series of calls to UPS and Revain to get this incomplete package. I will buy this chair elsewhere.
