I originally bought 4 of these and really liked them. Compact and neat for a desk. However, 2 failed in less than 18 months. Both had the same issue: flashing USB lights and no charging. One was replaced by the company free of charge under warranty. I applied for the second one, which failed the other day, but did not get anything in return. I appreciate the warranty is one per customer, not per unit! I assume the other two of the four will be out, as well as a replacement. Update: Don't stop at their product. Got a leg up in the last three weeks. First they offered $15, then $20. I asked for a replacement. Said a replacement would be sent and then said there was just no return. I will not buy from them again. Sorry I bought four of this product. Last update: The company has refunded the purchase price in full.
