These chairs are affordable. I have 2 complaints. One of the chairs came with a slightly bent part. Since the shipping box was undamaged, I can only assume that someone at the factory doesn't care about the quality of their work. I had to partially disassemble the chair to straighten the part. Another issue is the plastic they wrap around each piece of aluminum tubing. This is totally unnecessary and it took 15 minutes to remove each stool. Some of them are located under the device and cannot be removed without disassembly. Ridiculous! If I had to do this again I would spend the extra money and buy a name brand chair like Garelik or Todd.
