Problem after problem right out of the box. First, the printer didn't connect to the 5G network (the network I use for my home computer). So I had to switch my home computer to a different network if I wanted to print. Second, it was very difficult for the printer to find my network. It took about half a dozen times to connect. After these issues were resolved, the color cartridge that came with the computer stopped working. So now you have to spend at least 20 minutes on the HP support phone with someone who doesn't speak English well. . After about 30 minutes of calling I was told to buy a new color cartridge. When I told the person I didn't want to buy a new $25 color cartridge as I had just bought a brand new printer, they told me it was a procedure because they weren't sure if the cartridge or the printer was defective (this is the rationale still doesn't make sense to me). It was HP's "help". This is such crappy customer service that I will do my best not to buy any HP products in the future. I had the printer in less than 2 hours before having to box it up and send it back. I just want to print simple basic documents over my home network. Didn't think it would be such a problem.
