I bought this to use as a dyno for testing switches and keycaps and I have tried different types of switches on it. I've done this before with an EVGA Z15 that I upgraded with TCC Blueish-White and it was successful. Texan sapphires. The jacks on this keyboard are too narrow and don't work very well, except for the included brown switches. The Durocs fitted (after cutting two of the contacts to make it a 3 pole switch) but often required too much force and ended up bending the contacts. The Golden Browns weren't going at all. Sapphires usually went in, but sometimes they bent pins instead, like the Durocs. Boba U4 worked best, but even some of them didn't work. I ended up replacing these switches with the included Browns. Overall, I wish I hadn't tried this experiment. I mean the board works, it's ok on its own, but I ended up messing up some expensive switches that cost more than the keyboard. I replaced the board and am deducting two stars from this rating. but I ended up ruining some expensive switches that cost more than the keyboard.
