*REDACTED REVIEW* I received the item first and it was used as there was (roughly) someone else's hair in the comb. I immediately contacted the seller and sent it back; Two days later they sent another one. This was clean and worked well. It had a scent of Moroccan essential oils which I didn't mind at all. Overall the product definitely does its job, I like that the cord doesn't get tangled. The only negative is that I'm still trying to figure out the best way to get the hair out of the brush. I find it works best on almost dry hair, such as slightly damp hair (my hair is naturally curly).
