I am very sensitive to odors and this is the best mask I have found for filtering odors. Thanks to this mask I can go to work and go shopping. I've tried several others and they just can't filter flavors like this. You need to buy a chemical filter separately. The mask comes with an allergy filter only. Because the mask is attached to the back of the head, it tends to constrict the nostrils, especially when speaking. Be sure to order one size larger than you need for comfort. I ordered a small one first and found myself constantly pushing it off my nose.
