I bought an 11.6 inch Acer Chromebook and then bought this case to go with it. I triple checked the size and compatibility mark to make sure it would fit. I received a case and it doesn't fit a Chromebook. Don't even come close! He's too small. Returns can be a problem, especially if the item doesn't come in returnable packaging. This item came in a large box with other items that I had ordered. for Christmas and I have neither the receipt nor the shipping label. It's not even worth the hassle of sending it back! Of course, I cannot rate the durability or quality of the product as it cannot be used. Attention buyers! Make sure you order this one item so it can be easily returned if it doesn't fit your 11.6" Acer Chromebook.
