🚘 Enhanced Car Solar Power Simulated Dummy Alarm: USB Port & Red LED Flashing Security Light Review

No problems so far, very cheap alternative to a real car alarm. I'm not 100% sure if this works, but it was worth it as it's a cheap alternative to installing an alarm system.

I bought it in January 2018 and I am very happy with it and have returned to buy another one. I park under trees and there isn't always enough light during the day. I charge the second device on a bright south-facing windowsill during the day and swap it with the one in the car every evening.

Better than expected. The switch is relatively hidden and the size is similar to the real light that comes with the Viper alarm. Solar powered so no batteries required. Using this while waiting for our Viper alarm to be installed will definitely put our minds at ease after a recent car theft attempt that resulted in our vehicle being badly damaged.

Our Plymouth project car was recently moved from the garage into the driveway. We worry about who might "control" it at night. I found this little device to fill up until we can install a full alarm. We put it in a hidden spot on the steering column to charge in direct sunlight every day, and every night it flashes red like a real car alarm to fool people!

This product is made from the worst materials I have ever seen. It's an idiot box. How difficult is it to install a working switch and a battery that can actually hold a charge? The case protecting the innards looks as if it has been sanded with 100 grit sandpaper, enough light can't penetrate through this mess to charge the battery. Due to the condition of the item, it's hard to believe that this is a new product and not a returned item.

These little fake warning lights are amazing. I bought similar ones that died within two or three days. I've had them on my bike in very little to no sunlight for over two weeks and they're still blinking. The on/off switch is very small, but it makes sense to just leave it on at all times. When the battery dies, simply place them in the sunlight for a few hours or more and they will spring back to life. Update. I was contacted by a wholesale company and offered a replacement for the defective one I originally received. They sent 2 replacement units and I had over a week to try them out. Both seem to work great and exactly as intended. I wasn't happy with the original, but I'm happy with the replacement. If you buy one and it doesn't work, simply contact the original seller and they will send you a working unit. Stopped working after a few days. The light is not bright at all and couldn't see…

Koscar shop replaced the first one that didn't charge properly. The flashing red light becomes very weak at midnight, almost useless. Replacement flashes heavily at midnight. Didn't check 3-5am to make sure it was reasonable. So far I've placed it outside the car on the front wipers so it's in direct sunlight.
