The burger press was larger than I had thought. It fits the base of a standard 12" skillet which is perfect for cooking a burger or pressing bacon in a pan. If you are using a flattop then it's even easier to use.The Cloche has a handle which needs to be attached with two supplied screws. This is probably more a flattop griddle item.
