The burger press was larger than I had thought. It fits the base of a standard 12" skillet which is perfect for cooking a burger or pressing bacon in a pan. If you are using a flattop then it's even easier to use.The Cloche has a handle which needs to be attached with two supplied screws. This is probably more a flattop griddle item. If you want cheese burgers, there is nothing better than putting on the cheese, squirting a little water and covering with a cover.Construction of both pieces is good, and the press has a nice weight to it. Overall, I think this is a nice pair of griddle items and the press even has good use with a regular 12" or larger skillet for those without a flattop.
