Meant to buy the round but bought the square in the correct diameter for high wheel Craftsman walk behind string trimmer. Surprisingly this square line worked and didn't affect normal speed of rotation. Really shredded debris! Arrived on time in great condition.

Ran in double line weed wacker against the rest I had left of different brand (round line shape). The round line surprisingly outlasted this square line. Ok product.

Very durable I use this product on residential lawns and it cuts thru weeds and brush with ease. I am very pleased with the product, the performance, and the price. I would definitely purchase this product again (but it may be a while since it wears very slowly).

I was expecting more durable line. It breaks too easily and I’m replacing it way too often. Sometime in 24 inches of cutting. Very disappointed

I purchased this because it is more durable, has a longer life span and is much more affordable than the OEM trimmer line. One of the best purchases for trimmer line that i've ever made.

Bought this to replace the trimmer line that came with a new weed wacker. That trimmer line was very fragile and broke easily.This stuff cuts VERY well and is seems quite tough. I've used probably 1/3 of this stuff compared to the stuff that came with the trimmer.Would definitely recommend.

The quality is excellent. The line is incredibly heavy and cuts great. The problem is that it is too thick to work in the head of my Stihl FS90. It will not advance. I was amazed, though, working around fencing and stone walls that the line held up really well, and cut with ease. If it only would have advanced properly this would have been a 5-star rating. Sorry I had to return it. Now I have to look for something that works and is affordable.

waste of time with my dewalt flexvolt trimmer. It just doesn't stay would. I had to keep popping the head off and rewinding it. This prompted me to try a better head on the timmer and I got an aftermarket pro style head. Still the same problem. Figured I'd try it on a different trimmer. Used a milwaukee fuel quick-lok trimmer and now the line works great but only because that milwaukee head style is just better. Over 25 years in landscaping in all respects as well as woodworking. This trimmer line was compatible with my battery powered trimmer. As well I have let a neighbor who uses a lawn service and gave him enough to to spool his trimmer and he will be buying.

After spending $$$ for the precut nicely packaged version I decided to shop for a spool. These got the best reviews so I bought these. They are much cheaper so I cut about 25 for my Cub Cadet walk-behind. These break much quicker than the ones that came with the machine but I can live with it. Most of my trimming is along rock walls so breakage is expected.

I liked the fact that it was just what I ordered and it works very well with my string mower. I use it with my walk behind string mower. It stands up very well even on tough & tall weeds.

Item is a heavy duty line used by workers. Have ordered it several times. Cannot beat the prices for what you receveive. It lasts a long time!

Diameter stated .085 did not fit since the line is Square, its diameter was closer to 0.110. This wouldn't fit into my string trimmer so I had to return it. Ordered the 0.065, it fits the 0.085 line-opening. Wasn't happy about having to return the other lime, but as long as I know the 0.065 fits an 0.085 opening, I'll know what to order moving forward, so I'm giving it a 4. Something to consider if order your own.

This square string is the best string I have ever used and I have been using a weed wacker for close to half a century. I cut anywhere and everywhere on our 46 acres. This includes drive and sidewalk edging, around trees, trails through the woods and cattails along two 120 foot boardwalks. grape vines and small trees included. The only complaint I have is for the included cutter blade for string. It doesn't work or could be I wasn't using it correctly. Other than that I am quite pleased with this product. I can't remember when my high wheeled field trimmer has performed as well.

This twine is beast. It chews through high weeds like they are nothing. It works perfect with my Ego battery powered weed eater. Will buy again in the future.

String was very strong (not like the string that came with my Ryobi trimmer). Does not break easily and works really well. Very happy and will order again.

We have a walk behind weed eater, bought this for the thickness and reviews. It’s terrible. Every 4 feet I was having to replace the string. It kept snapping in half, stop cutting and this was how weed eating went. I submitted a return.

This line cuts through thisles and blackberries in about half the time as the line I used before. I have an Ego cordless trimmer which I love but have only used it with the line it came with before this. I used to run the motor at slower speeds because the old line would get tangled and jerk the trimmer or long weeds would get tangled in the head. But with this line that rarely happens. My old weedwhacker string was giving me lots of problems and made using it both frustrating and a long process. Decided to try this much thicker string and have been so pleased. It can handle a lot more abuse and doesn’t unroll inside spool so I can go a whole session and speed up the process of cutting my lawn. Since it’s mostly for home use, this will probably outlast me. Hope it doesn’t dry rot over the years and loose it’s strength. A commercial quality string at a great price.
