Does fold up if that's what you want (does make the ring less sturdy). Probably best for bugs only. That's why I got it so will keep. Handle is only 48" (not 59), inside diameter of ring is 11" (not 12) :-(Says it can be used for chickens, they better be small or netting would rip. I don't think I could get one of my hens into it on the run. I use a fishing net if I need for some odd reason they won't let me pick them up.See full review

1. The assembly instructions assumed the machine came attached to the cast iron base. They came in different boxes, and I had to figure out how they went together. The instructions were written in 2002, last revised in 2007. Presumably the pieces used to be delivered together.2. The chuck and the holder for the chisel both work very poorly. The fir is perfect. I have a xxl bust and this fits wonderful. The inside of the maxi hoodie is like velvet. I have not washed it and don’t know what will happen when I do.
