Detects cars, dies too fast

I bought this doorbell camera in particular because it claimed to only record when it detected humans and not cars and I live on a busy street. This was not true as it recorded countless cars that went past. I'm not sure if this affected the battery life or if the battery life was already poor. The batteries lasted less than a month and it was supposed to alert me when the battery was low, but I did not get an alert. I only figured out it was dead when I had a knock on my door in the wee hours…

Great door bell but for security purposes it's garbage An not worth the money at all.

Easy to set up, directions are easy to follow. Quality of product is junk. SUMMARY OF FAILURES1) This device is installed at the front door, and the Wi-Fi connection fails constantly, regardless of the router is right behind the front door. My first doorbell! LOVE IT

I have wanted a doorbell for quite long time. The Doorbell works great for the price. All I can say is that I wish I could have bought in earlier. The installment is easy, just took me less than 5 minutes to download the "livehome” app and set up the doorbell. The picture is clear, good 1080 hd video. I was also able to set the distance for motion detection so I would get notices when people walking past my unit. Overall we love it and would highly recommend it.

Great Choice: my feedback

At first I was skeptical but when it came in the mail it was easy to assemble. The app was easy to download and it came with batteries and a charger. The motion detection is SPECTACULAR . it misses NOTHING! I would totally recommend to anyone 🤗

I WISH I HAD 5 MORE

I live by myself in a off grid community. My gate is at least 100ft from my living space. Being notified of any motiob near the gate is so helpful. In the night pic. it is pitch black outside. I wasn't aware the quad pulled up. Looking out from my living space I saw nothing. The person did not ring the bell but the bell notified me anyway. I purchased this for my office. We were having so many issue with delivery people not knocking on the door and never delivering our packages like they were supposed to. This has changed the game and we have less of that issue now. It was really easy to install. The only thing I don’t like is how slow the app can be. Poor quality in my review

Got this for ma for Xmas 2020, started off good and then about two months needed to be charged daily so you went without while it charged. Then by 6 months the charge port stopped working. There is no place to be able to contact the seller about warranty at all. Ma said it was great till these problems which is why I have 2 stars instead of one. Keeping disconnecting

I purchased 2 cameras. It worked fine for the first month. Now one of them keeping disconnecting, I reseted my modem, the camera. I’ve done everything. And the camera doesn’t keep online.The support doesn’t help at all.I don’t have any issues with my internet connection. It doesn’t make sense one camera works and the other doesn’t it.
