The reason for the updated rating is the seller's quick response to my comments and finding a replacement that meets my needs. Let's start with the good. The charger is stylish and looks great with its fabric back and modern design. When I plugged it into a 10W plug it charged my phone well and worked as advertised. Poorly. The LED indicator on the bottom of the device is EXTREMELY BRIGHT. Like many people, I use it as a phone charger at night and the light was able to fill my bedroom with green light. My wife demanded that I turn this thing off because of the light it emits. The second check will be the total weight of the charger. The front of the device looks great, but the back is made of lightweight plastic. When you pick up your phone or attach it to the stand, the charger slides across the table. Two changes make this charger great. 1) LEDs go out after 5-10 seconds 2) Slightly more weight and rubber bottom to prevent slipping
