This charger is rubbish. I have a Google Pixel 4. When I put it on the dock, it registered that it was connecting, but my phone wasn't actually charging. Now it's just a phone stand.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10 plus and when I put my phone on the charger it doesn't charge fast, writes slowly and I assumed it was a fast wireless charger Charge and it's not, they get a star for it. Perhaps the support team can get in touch with me and explain something or recommend something that will quickly charge my phone wirelessly.

This charges my iPhone very quickly, even if my phone is out of power I don't have to wait all day for a full charge. I've had it for a while and it still works fine. You will not be disappointed. Update: October 6, 2020 So, after almost a year on the charger, my iPhone isn't charging anymore. When I put the phone on the base it goes from green to flashing red and then back to green. So I'd say buy it if you want it, you'll get a good year out of it. I won't buy any other.

I bought this as did others because of the design. I'm happy with the charger but I wish there was better material for the back, the plastic looks cheap and the finish isn't impressive. It works as intended, have been using it for a few days, neither my phone nor the charger are hot and it charges fairly quickly (iPhone XS). Contrary to the description, this charging cradle does NOT charge my Galaxy S20 quickly. When I plug my adapter and cable directly into the phone, it says it's charging fast. If I first plug the same adapter and cable into the stand and then place my phone on it, it only charges at normal speed. Although it has a nice design and I love that I can see my phone while charging, I bought this specifically to upgrade my old wireless dock that only charges normally. I was pleasantly surprised by this wireless charger. I bought this charger mainly because I was a fan of the design. I bought it for my iPhone X and it works perfectly.
