The reason I ordered these was because of some great reviews on YouTube and I liked the idea of a Zippo lighter case (I thought , which would look cool opening and closing in public) LoL. Not the best reason to order headphones but they look good and Klipsch is a well known brand so I gave it a go. The fit was pretty good given the medium ear tip sizes. I have a slightly smaller ear canal and I really liked the ear tips that come in 6 different sizes like Medium and Medium+, Small and Small+ etc. I welcomed that and was happy about the perfect fit. Unfortunately, the firmware update and pass-through management app is a nightmare. The app has a 1-star rating on the Google Play Store for good reason. BUT after trying this over and over for a whole hour I was finally able to get it to work. I had to reset everything and re-register a few times after updating the firmware for the app to work. This is something most people probably skip after signing up for a firmware update, but you have to sign in again or the app won't complete and not work. However, the main reason for my return wasn't for the sound quality or fit, it was getting the side right. button didn't work well. You had to press it right in the middle, and even then it only rained once. So I had a broken right earbud and I prefer the physical buttons to the touch controls on the earbuds because I feel like you can use the buttons to touch the earbuds and adjust without accidentally dropping the call like my touch sensitive ones often do Earphones is the case. The trick is locating the earbuds with a button that's also easy to press and doesn't force the earbud to go deep in the ear canal. The key press would be better than most if only the right side worked as well as the left. Since then I've tried several different headphones, both cheap and one in this price range that I'm very happy with, so I can't recommend the klipsch T5 ii in this price range because there are better ones now. I bought the Jabra Elite Active and recommend the above. In the end I will also consider them.
