design is VERY bright (my camera couldn't pick the red/orange/yellow but looks just as bright as the photo in the product description) and durable printed plastic. A bit difficult to put on my luggage as the plastic cord is too small to bypass the tag. You will also need to write your information on the back with permanent marker instead of using regular clear plastic labels with an information card inside. It's okay because I could write anything on tape, put it on blank lines and cover everything with clear tape. I'm hoping the 11:11 company has the same design in the form of a passport cover because I love it so much I want to buy the same set!
