I really like the price and appearance of this diffuser. I like the multiple timer options available with it. I like the two different light options. It is a little cumbersome to fill, but for all I know they all may be. You need to unplug the cord from the base, remove the cover and top then fill it. That's not as bad as having to unplug it from the wall or something like that. Because I run it for a couple hours at a time one fill lasts for several runs.

Not sure why but the diffuser part stopped working after a few weeks only the light function works now. occasionally if I press really hard on the power button 1 out of 50 times it will diffuse and then only for an hour. I think there is some type of mechanical manufacture defect with the power button syncing to the motor. I really liked this diffuser and I bought two of them so I hope the other one works better 🙏

gave as gift. Definately meets the eyeball test. Don't know about the diffuser effect but looks really cool May not work as well in high humidity areas!

I love the amount of oil and water this has the capacity for it makes the scent strong enough to cover the whole house. It’s easy to use just pop the glass off then the top add in your water and oil and done. It has an auto shut off feature so it doesn’t burn up. It’s very giftable I would love to get one as a gift. My only complaint is that I though it changed colors automatically and you only have two colors to pick from, and it stays on that color while it runs.

I loved this the moment I saw it. I was excited to unbox it & use it as soon as it arrived, however, it really does not difuse. There is little to no vapor coming out of it. I adjusted it several times & finally a little more came out. The glass globe is difficult to get it to seal.This is the third time using it & I noticed today that if I take off the globe, there is vapor. I love the diffuser, however item was not boxed. No cards, warrenties, manufacturer instructions. Was only in Styrofoam and a bag. Not impressed with that.

I love this diffuser. It has two color settings for the globe part that looks like planet or a moon, bright white, and medium brown. It admits a good steady vapor trail. The globe is a snug fit nn the stand, but make sure the globe hole lines up with the diffuser end where the vapor trail emits from.

On initial startip it makes a whining sound until it's"warmed up". This loud noise last for about 30 seconds until it stops.However, it does not stop it from working as advertised. Just a bit annoying.

Have ordered two of these. They are so pretty and unusual! The best part is they run for hours. Perfect in my book! That's my feedback.

Throws the scent of the essential oils through the room very well. So beautiful when it’s lit, but just as pretty with the light off. It’s my new fav diffuser.

I bought this for my bedroom, and although it is very pretty when lit up, there are parts of it that don’t light up (several rows of light)- luckily they are in the same area of the sphere, so I just face that part toward the wall. It also came with a scratch on it. I’m glad I did not buy this as a gift for someone. I honestly would return this product, however it is more trouble for me to go out to return it.

First off, this product is really nice and stylish. The scent works well in smaller rooms to medium sized rooms. I have a huge living room and it struggles to push the scent out in the entirety of the room. I moved it to the entry way and it's perfect. So keep that in mind if you have large rooms. Other than that it's a solid product.

I absolutely loved everything about this. Unfortunately, we were rearranging my office and it got knocked off the stand and broke the globe. I don’t know who to get in contact about a replacement globe.

I bought this in June. It looks nice, worked well the few times I used it. The warm light looks nice. But I had to work out of town from mid July until the end of November, and when I tried to set it up, the light still worked but it doesn’t diffuse anymore. So it worked a few times, no more than 5.

I was quite pleased with this glass moon diffuser! It looks very cool when lit! Sadly, the only thing I wish it did have was one of those gradual light color changers, instead of two light color choices.

It was working just great. Didn’t have it for long. However it went wrong fast. I haven’t had it long. First the light wouldn’t work then the mister stopped. Now the light is on but no mister.I liked it because it was glass. But still a plastic container. I didn’t read that or it didn’t say. Not sure which at this point. I won’t buy it again. We have really like this model and it goes for a lot longer then others and holds more water. Unfortunately ours quite working after 2 months and only turns on for 2 secs after drying the hole unit out.
