Bought a small. True to size. Love the silky material. Quality was nice. Wore for a work Christmas party and won the ugly sweater contest. According to its best reviews I wanted this shampoo to work great. First of all, it is too small for $24, too liquid. I used it three times with the same conditioner, same blow out but last wash my hairs feel freezy. I got keratin treatment a month ago, so, they suppose to stay shine and smooth. I really like the price and appearance of this diffuser. I like the multiple timer options available with it. I like the two different light options. It is a little cumbersome to fill, but for all I know they all may be. You need to unplug the cord from the base, remove the cover and top then fill it.
