This holder is very flimsy and I can't trust it to hold my iPad with my rock band on stage. According to the instructions that came with it, it was meant to be attached to the headrest of a car so kids could watch movies in the back, and someone had the bright idea of selling it to musicians too. But it's not strong enough to be used for this purpose. Maybe it would work for coffee house gigs or anything else where no one is moving on stage?
