I bought the 3T-4T for my 3 year old daughter who is in the 75th percentile. I couldn't figure out how to contact the seller or I would have exchanged it for a size 2t-3t. The dress is true to color, does not scratch and looks good, but was too big for her. I started the return process, but canceled it again. Save for future use. But I would say order the perfect size if there is only one. If there is a size range, please order where your child is in the upper range.
