Edit: 6 months later. Headphones still work! So far happy with the purchase. My wife bought me headphones from these guys. These were my first wireless earbuds but love for them quickly waned due to some annoying features. I'm happy to report that these guys have fixed many of these issues. The microphone is no longer separated from the headset. This used to be the only way to turn on the headphones without in-game chatting (besides creating your own Xbox party), but over time the 3.5mm jack wore out and didn't have a good connection. Now the microphone inclines towards the top of the head and then switches off automatically. There used to be a lot of sync issues with the latest set. I had to plug/unplug/play them, toggle them on/off, plug them back in, plug them in again. etc. I learned the correct rotation to get them to work but it was always a pain. They fixed EVERYTHING! The only problem right now is that if you have a different profile connected to Xbox, it might assign you headphones and not work unless their controller is on. But that's an Xbox feature, not the company's fault. It has a volume control and a chat/game mixer. Here lies one of the only complaints I have left. I wish it was digital control, not analog. The reason is that I take my laptops to where I need them, play for a while, and then I take them off and put them in a drawer. This inevitably turns everything upside down and I have to recalibrate the next game. Not the end of the world, but feedback for a company that seems to care. Also, the game/mix chat is on the right under the mic bar and is hard to find when wearing it. It would be nice if it was on the left ear like the volume on the right ear. Overall great sound quality, good noise cancellation, friends say I sound great. And also. no wires. Also, they now have a much longer charging cable if you need to charge while gaming. To grab.
