This is my first experience with watercolor pencils and I am hooked! Use them dry and then wash with a wet brush to turn your work into beautiful watercolor paintings! These colors are highly pigmented yet blend well resulting in an excellent blend. With a minimal amount of water, the colors simply glide across the page. In some cases it appears that a marker was used. They also sharpen very well. I am very satisfied with this set.
