Much stronger than I thought.
This item is well built. It's a bit stiff and the plastic is very hard. Definitely worth its price. I'm a big guy and I don't need a flimsy piece of plastic that just flattens out when I lie on it. When I first used it and sat back, it sounded like I'd just flipped a bag of chips! Little did I know my back could break all the way up! I was scared at first, but I felt great! Since then I have adjusted the height and use it regularly. These plastic fingers go exactly where it hurts and help release everything. Exactly what I needed.
