THIS PRODUCT IS NOT NEW AS DESCRIBED!

I own a commercial printer. I bought this printhead because it was about $100 less than what I normally pay and the seller listed it as NEW. This printhead should last 1-2 years in a commercial printing environment. The printhead I received was not in the factory sealed box as usual. (I had to send it back immediately). I ordered it on March 25th, 2019. On May 20th it failed and no longer printed the color that matched the old printhead. I believe this product has been refurbished and is not new.
