Just bought this product for my mountain bike. I have a Scott Scale Team 29er (2011 model). The rear fender was easy to install and matched my seatpost perfectly. The front fender (looked nice from the design) didn't fit my bike at all. I read in the manual that came with the product that it is not designed for front forks thicker than 60mm and not for use with standard 1.5" headsets. I tried to mount the front fender but it didn't work. My front fork didn't seem wide enough After researching the bike's specs with a simple google search, it turned out that my front fork's steerer tube diameter is 1 1/8 inches, which is less than 1.5 inches. I'm assuming your front fork's steerer tube diameter should be over 1.5 inches. I hope someone from the company can answer this question. Update: I found out why this isn't working. After reading the instructions more closely, there are smaller front fender mounts underneath the larger ones. Look at the very bottom of the instructions and it will be shown to you.
