The ability for our team members to use their own workflows which was easy given we had access to all of ConnectWise's knowledge base articles (which were very thorough). It took some time to get used to as there wasn't an intuitive user interface like other products I've worked with but once I got over my initial learning curve everything flowed smoothly! They have always provided us with great advice for solving any problems we faced or questions regarding best practices. Their pricing structure makes sense and their support staff is knowledgeable about ConnectWise products and how they work together. I was able to quickly move over 300 users from an old version of Connect Wize into my new software using only one week (or so) worth of training time!
