The ease with which I was able get my old CRM (Salesforce) into another platform has been amazing! It's like having an extension or assistant for customer service reps who have left their previous jobs/companies; they can now be more effective at what we were paying them before!! Nothing so far as being disloyal if there happens not too many changes within SalesForce but this software solves all problems regarding migrating from one application /service provider over others - very easy process! Highly recommended!! You won't regret using these guys :). Easy migration between applications such as sales force etc., really awesome team behind nexmo :) Support via chat window super helpful during troubleshooting issues related while implementing new features &ampnbsp ;or changing any details about existing ones>; highly recommend taking advantage off free trial version first because after testing some basic stuffs i realised how powerful toolkit could become once fully configured ;) keep up good work. Needing help quickly upon implementation time period- solving technical hurdles along way towards successful integration. Good knowledge transferable skills required by me due lack experience working remotely priorly.- Very friendly support staff through live chats available around 24hrs daily 7 The best part about this tool was its ease for managing our client's customer information! It also helped us keep track with all their billing info as well. I disliked how slow some functions were (like adding new clients). This software has been very beneficial so far because we have realized many benefits from using it such as being able to easily manage our customers' personal information along with other business related details like account balances etc.
