I pay. From the moment I received this laptop it had problems. but I've been a core member for a long time so I've been waiting. The download took 17 minutes. I'm faithful, that's why I signed up. Bank, VA, Insurance, Google, Netflix, even Amazon. Unfortunately this is a very poor laptop so I requested a refund and am glad they sent me another one. UPS was very kind and sent someone for a "bad laptop" in my attempts to reset the laptop and erase all my information. I was greeted with several error messages. It refuses to delete my information. Revane said very nicely that I would either buy a new laptop to send to them or send them my military documents and bank details.
