Update: The seller contacted me about my horse problem and they solved it in a very short time. I think this shows that the seller cares about their customers and wants to be taken care of. I understand that anything can happen and not everything is what we expected, but the seller contacted me and showed me that this is a great company to do business with. The horse is very cute and with first class delivery, it arrived quickly. My problem: I gave it to my granddaughter for her birthday on Saturday and the seams had already come open on Sunday. (She is a petite 1 year old and her sister is a petite 2 year old so it doesn't look like they exceeded any weight limits.) They were only able to play it for 6 hours at most because we had other commitments before we noticed the lack to have. I guess I'll be operating on the horse soon so it doesn't fall apart completely.
