Required to elevate leg post surgery and wear heavy booties as the weight of the boot constantly twists the leg outward. This pillow was just what I needed for my height (5ft 1in / 160lbs). The width is big enough to fit both feet and put them on; The vertical ledge/wall on each side allows my feet to rest comfortably. and brace my booties to keep them straight. The height of the pillow is perfect for my height and I think it should fit 5ft 3in as it is good for my sister too. But if you are a tall person, it might be a little low for your legs/feet and the length might be short so your feet can hang. The pillow came rolled up, but after I unfolded it, it took about 15 minutes. for the pillow to take shape; The texture is soft and comfortable to rest your feet. Highly recommended for petite people.
