Very disappointed! Bought the trolley due to very strict weight restrictions. The plan is to be able to pack the trolley again after the suitcases have been transported. However, the trolley's platform was too narrow to hold the suitcase securely and didn't work properly. After trying to deliver a suitcase through the airport and having to repeatedly drop the suitcase into a porter, I finally gave up on a trolley and bought a full size regular trolley to get around. The suitcase was sporty and too bulky to stay attached to the wagon. Also, there was nothing to attach the trolley cords to to keep the cord from slipping off the handle. Shame I bought it as I had to pay twice to have it replaced.
