I haven't had a vanity for a long time. I always seem to be in a hurry and apply my makeup while standing in front of the bathroom sink. Lately I've become obsessed with makeup and trying new products and looks. My eyes aren't what they used to be so I wanted a dressing table without an attached mirror as I needed to be able to adjust the spacing if needed. I bought a triple folding mirror for my daughter and use it when I'm at her house, but I wanted something better for myself. This mirror is wonderful. You have the option of mounting it on a wall or pedestal. I just attached it to the base and it's very strong. There are three different lights available, and a dimmer for all three - just tap the controls on the mirror itself, which is great if you have makeup on your fingers (no makeup-covered switches to clean). There are plenty of mirrors, fantastic lighting, a detachable little round magnifying mirror (holds on with suction cups) and a USB port on the side that has a lid to keep it clean of cosmetic dust. I enjoy it every day since I received it. It made my very cheap vanity look chic. The price for it was perfect for me and this mirror was perfect for my needs. I highly recommend it!
