I am very impressed with the size and features of this device when I plugged it in. All USB ports are occupied with a monitor connected to the DisplayPort connector and a soundbar connected to the optical port. My XPS13 works and charges great. I haven't had a single issue in the last week and love the quality, size and build of this dock. Powerful power supply. 7/23: I had an issue where I got a blue screen of death when connecting the dock due to hardware conflicts. Trial and error (and some advice from CalDigit on where to start investigating) narrowed it down to a weird BIOS update that came through the support app. Anyone experiencing issues with the XPS13 9370 since mid-June 2018 should ensure their BIOS is not "updated" to version 1.4.x. The current version is 1.1.3 (7/24/18) and after flashing back there were no problems. UPDATE: 01/15/2019 - This device is still working fine and has successfully detected (and skipped) all peripherals. I have connected I should have at least 400+ hours without a single problem, hiccups - nothing.
