Poor Quality Control

1 star for bad Quality control by Acer. I received the laptop and immediately started building it. When entering information, I noticed that the D key was not working. I called Acer tech support and had to send the laptop in for repair. brand new product out of the box. Now I have to repack everything, wait for a shipping label, drop it off and wait 7-10 business days (two weeks is fancy phrase) instead of working on the projects I bought the laptop for. So I'm very disappointed with Acer's quality control at the moment. I can't test the laptop itself because it was defective from the start. I hope this is the only issue with the machine as most of the reviews I have read about the Nitro 5 are positive. Update: It's been 22 days since I received a new laptop from Revain. The laptop has now been in the Acer repair for 14 days and I have still not received any information on the status of my case other than that it is still under repair. I'm not happy that I have to wait over 3 weeks to get a new work laptop.
