First of all the design of this bandage is great. There are three velcro straps so you can adjust it to fit your hand and wrist and once you have the top two straps in place you can leave them attached and simply undo the wrist strap. This allows you to put on and take off the orthosis without having to take it apart. The size is a bit wild though. My palm is exactly 3 inches in diameter so I ordered both small and medium for comparison. Small, mostly kid-sized - it couldn't wrap completely around my arm, and the overall length allowed for a wrist strap. just wrap it around the base of my hand, the middle one on the other hand is a bit too big, when tightening the part that wraps around my pinky and ring finger is clunky and hinders my free fingers, and it hangs over the tip of my ring finger. Thumb hole causes that the hole on my hand is too low so the brace digs into the top of my thumb but the bottom sits low and doesn't offer much support. The whole length is too long so the brace ends up riding up my arm because the wrist strap is too far from the base of my thumb. I'll keep the middle one as the small one is absurdly small but it still doesn't fit perfectly.
