Review on Kohler 645121 K-11411-CP Bancroft 24-Inch Towel Bar: Sleek Polished Chrome Design by Jennifer Wilson

I purchased this vibrant brushed nickel product 6 years ago while remodeling my master bathroom. Now that we're remodeling the guest bathroom, I wanted the same lamp in gleaming chrome. This time, however, I wasn't lucky. The first time we ordered, we received a box with the Kohler seal intact, but the ends of the rod didn't fit into the mounts. I didn't think about it because there's always a chance of getting a lemon. When reordering, we received a box that was torn open on one end and was missing the included wall plugs and screws to attach the plank to the wall. The rod was dented and it was clearly a return which they repackaged without bothering to re-tape the box. Tried again after complaining over the phone to the Revain representative and got another box of Kohlers with a broken silver seal and dented rod. Not sure if the last 2 were from the same retailer but it looks like defective or damaged material is just being sent back to customers in the hope that someone will eventually keep the item. I ended up buying the item from Lowes.
