Kohler 645121 K-11411-CP Bancroft 24-Inch Towel Bar: Sleek Polished Chrome Design Review

I like this towel rail, it looks very nice, easy to install. My only criticism is the bar itself. It's a bit light and not as hard as the rest of the product. But it looks great, I recommend it.

Ordered two of these - two separate orders on different days. Both arrived with a broken Kohler factory seal. None of the other Kohler products I have purchased have had broken seals. I've spent about 3,000 on Kohler bathroom remodeling products.

I like the design, it's the same as in the picture but I find the stem is fragile. Thank god I don't have any kids because this bar won't last long. I compare it to my other high quality towel rails from Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware which are much stronger and thicker. Great clean look but delicate again.

24" arrived damaged and it was very difficult to install wall supports. At 24" the quality wasn't worth the price and at 30" it just didn't look like it would it will withstand many uses, not to mention the stated maximum weight of 50 lbs. I've reconfigured both and will be buying the heavier, nicer ones I've seen at Pottery Barn.
