I was born with so many dental problems that lasted my whole life and ended up with 12 teeth implanted (complete bottom teeth, 2 on top), plus 3 more on top soon. I feel so lucky that I found this brush. The next morning after the first use I immediately felt the difference and felt so clean in my mouth. I spent so much time keeping my teeth out of trouble that I used to spend half an hour brushing my teeth plus 10 minutes to collect water beforehand. Now I have reduced the cleaning time to 15 minutes. Hopefully up to 10 minutes soon. Would recommend to anyone who wants to keep their tooth out of trouble.
