***Update: Shortly after I posted this review, the seller contacted me several times asking how they could help and offered me several options. They sent me a new stylus for free and didn't have to send the old one back. After receiving my new stylus I am pleased to report that I have had no issues and have been incredibly impressed with the customer service from this company. *** I'm so pissed. I bought a new iPad and because of the many great reviews I immediately ordered this stylus. In fact I was very impressed with the quality of the pen, it is VERY comfortable in feel, weight and looks. I keep my iPad in a protective briefcase and only I use it. I always cleaned both the screen and the pen before use. I just noticed that my entire screen is covered in scratches. The ONLY possibility of these scratches is this pen. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I received my iPad and this stylus on November 13th. Less than a month ago! And scratches everywhere.
