Takes the edge off best with minerals and salts

If you're looking for a magic bullet that will take away all the aches and pains after a workout or a long day, this isn't it. BUT, there is the advantage that it is switched off. After a good hot bath with these salts I felt slightly better than without the salts. They're effective, but not enough to overwhelm you with healing abilities.
