I bought 4 new 12TB HGST drives and formatted them and Mac OS recognized them. Not in this block. There is no phone support and they don't even have the courtesy to tell you about it. I searched for half an hour before giving up and writing to them. My first question was there a few days ago and still no answer even though they say they will reply in 4 hours. My second question (how to recognize my drives) is not answered even after 48 hours. I would like to pay for phone support. I don't remember such bad technical support for other products. I'm ready go back and find another.
