Needed a fast and inexpensive 15mm base to record a sporting event with both an HDSLR and DSLR, a high-speed semi-professional action camcorder. I've been playing around with the easy-to-connect Follow Focus system, mainly to fine-tune manual focus when shooting. Overall: For a budget alternative to the base Pro Sumer system, this offering from Morros completely meets my needs today. Cold shoes easily attach to my external monitors and gun mics, lights, any or all of the above. I found a longer 15mm bar to spread the grips further for my personal comfort. It's easy to overtighten some components, while 15mm bar clamps can require some effort for a solid and tight system.
