The ease of use, customer service team's responsiveness to issues/concerns etc., ability for our clients' customers (and their partners)to manage all aspects within one system makes this product stand out in comparison with other platforms we have used previously as well! Nothing so far that I can see - would be interested if anyone has any suggestions or ideas they'd like us take into consideration when improving existing features? We are using AXONIX primarily due its simplicity & user-friendly interface compared against competitors such at Marketo which requires more technical expertise from users than it should need but does not deliver what you pay extra money too much less often do get!!
